Dates
The hackathon will start at 1831pm (6:31 pm) IST on 16th February 2024 and end at 2359pm (11:59 pm) IST on 17th February 2024.
The Eligibility
- Participants must be undergraduate or postgraduate students from any college or university in India.
- Participants must form teams of up to 4 members to participate in the hackathon.
- Each team must have a team name (must not be NSFW, and a team leader who will be responsible for communication with the Enigma and Aether 2024’s organisers.
Project and Submission Requirements
Submissions must include a .zip file that has the following and be uploaded to an accessible Google Drive, with commenter permissions for anyone with link:
- The program run to generate the solved maze (input images here)
- The solved mazes with the correct path marked out (example here)
- A .txt file, whose 1st line contains the number of turns taken, 2nd line represents the traversal distance and every succeeding line is either left or right (corresponding to the path taken to solve the maze) (example here)
- A small video/screen recording demonstrating the generation of the correct path.
- A README.md detailing the steps to run the program (if these steps do not work, your submission will not be considered).

- 1st Place: Rs 18,000
- 2nd Place: Rs 12,000
Judging Criteria and Winner Selection
- The projects will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Innovation and Creativity
- Technical elegance and quality of the project
- User experience and design
- Impact and scalability of the project
- The judges' decision will be final and binding.
